How to download and install Windows 8.1 for free

Windows 8.1 has been released. If you’re using Windows 8, upgrading to Windows 8.1 is both easy and free. If you’re using another operating system (Windows 7, Windows XP, OS X), you can either buy a boxed version ($120 for normal, $200 for Windows 8.1 Pro), or opt for one of the free methods listed below. To download and install Windows 8.1 for free, follow the guide below.

How to download Windows 8.1 for free

Windows 8.1 boxIf you don’t want to wait for October 17 or 18, there are two options for downloading Windows 8.1: You can obtain a copy (and a license key) from a friend/colleague with an MSDN, TechNet, or DreamSpark (student) subscription, or you can download a Windows 8.1 RTM ISO from your favorite file-sharing website (The Pirate Bay, Mega, etc.)
While we’re not going to write a guide on how to obtain Windows 8.1 RTM from non-official sources, we will at least tell you to check the SHA-1 hash of the ISO that you download to make sure that it’s legitimate. If you hit up the MSDN Subscriber Downloads page, and then click Details under the version that you’ve obtained from elsewhere, you’ll find the SHA-1 hash. If you then use File Checksum Integrity Verifier (FCIV) on the ISO, the hash should match. If it doesn’t, assume the ISO has been compromised and download another. (But do make sure that you’re checking the right SHA-1 hash on the MSDN website; your ISO might be mislabeled).
The other easier, and completely legal, option is to download the Windows 8.1 Preview from Microsoft. It’s not as snappy as the final (RTM/GA) build, though, and has quite a few bugs/missing features. Bear in mind that if you go down this road, upgrading to a real version of Windows 8.1 will require a few more steps (discussed in the next section).

How to install Windows 8.1 for free

Once you have the Windows 8.1 ISO on your hard drive, the installation process is painless. Before you begin, you should consider backing up your important files and documents, but it’s not really necessary. You should also ensure that you have plenty of free hard drive space (20GB+).
Windows 8.1 setup processIf you’re already running Windows 8 and you downloaded the RTM ISO from somewhere other than the Windows Store, you can install Windows 8.1 by mounting the downloaded ISO in Explorer by double-clicking it, and then running the installer. If you’re on Windows 7, XP, or (bless your soul) Vista, you’ll need to burn the ISO to a USB thumb drive or DVD, or mount the ISO using a third-party virtual drive tool, like Magic ISO.
If you already have Windows 8, and you waited for the official release date, installing Windows 8.1 is as simple as visiting the Windows Store and downloading the free update.
In both these cases, the upgrade process should be very smooth, with your apps and settings fully preserved. If you upgrade from Windows 8.1 Preview, however, you will lose your installed apps, unless you first run a cversion.ini removal utility.
Once you’ve installed Windows 8.1, you should check out our extensive collection of Windows 8.1 tips and tricks, and be sure to check our Windows 8.1 review and hands-on impressions to ensure that you’re making the most of all the new features.

Today's high-time human activity is unthinkable without communication and even today when long distances are not a barrier thanks to high-quality provider. The days when a cell phone was remarkable and expensive for everyone are gone.

Through the efforts of mobile operators, cellular phone is no longer a luxury and it has become an integral accessory of a modern man. As concerning mobile communication it is penetrated into the remotest corners of our globe.

However, the situation when the mobile phone receives a signal badly and you can not make or receive calls is familiar for many people. How often do you come to the window or go outside to talk to?

There are areas of unstable reception in any gsm network where you need mobile signal amplification to improve the quality of cellular communication. The hindrance of the passage of radio waves could be massive walls, metal objects and concrete floors of your home. In such conditions the communication by the cell phone is limited or impossible.

The cellular enhancing is achieved through the installation of mobile signal booster:

Where is necessary to strengthen the cellular gsm signal? Anywhere! It can be private houses, cottages and villas; offices, shopping malls and stores; restaurants, bars, clubs; underground car parks and parking; warehouses, hangars, etc.

First of all to ensure the stability of the cell phone communication and boost cell phone signal will be necessary in country houses, cottages, situated on the slopes and valleys, in basements and other places where radio waves from mobile base stations of cellular operators can not penetrate into the buildings.

Now you do not need to seek a peaceful place to make phone calls, because in your home, shop or office you will not have problems associated with disruption of cellular communication. You will save yourself from having to search the place of reliable reception of cell signal and will be able to do what is really important for you.

How To Surf Anonymously – For Free

Whenever you surf the Web, you leave yourself open to being snooped upon by web sites. They can track your online travels, know what operating system and browser you’re running, find out your machine name, uncover the last sites you’ve visited, examine your history list, delve into your cache, examine your IP address and use that to learn basic information about you such as your geographic location, and more. To a great extent, your Internet life is an open book when you visit.

Sites use a variety of techniques to gather and collate this information, but the two most basic are examining your IP address and placing cookies on your PC. Matching your IP address with your cookies makes it easier for them to create personal profiles.

If you’d like to see what kind of information sites can gather about you, head to two sites that peer into your browser and report what they find. The Privacy.net Analyzer gathers and displays basic information, such as your operating system, screen resolution, what site brought you to Privacy.net’s Analyzer, general system setup, and so on.

BrowserSpy delves even deeper into your system, and even reports on whether you have certain software on your system, such as RealPlayer and Adobe Acrobat, including version information.

Protect Yourself: Surf Anonymously

The best way to make sure web sites can’t gather personal information about you and your computer is to surf anonymously using an anonymous proxy server that sits between you and the web sites you visit. When you use an anonymous proxy server, your browser doesn’t contact a web site directly. Instead, it tells a proxy server which web site you want to visit. The proxy server then contacts the web site, and when you get the web site’s page, you don’t get it directly from the site. Instead, it’s delivered to you by the proxy server. In that way, your browser never directly contacts the web server whose site you want to view. The web site sees the IP address of the proxy server, not your PC’s IP address. It can’t read your cookies, see the referring page, or examine your clipboard because your PC is never in direct contact with it. You’re able to surf anonymously, without a trace.

There are three primary ways to use anonymous proxy servers. You can configure your browser to use an anonymous proxy server (or else get software to configure it for you); you can visit a web site, which does the work of contacting the server; or you can download software which ensures your anonymity when you use the Internet. We’ll look at how to do each.

Keep Yourself Anonymous with Tor

Tor is the best free software you can find for being anonymous when you use the Web. When you use Tor, all your communications, (not just Web surfing, but also instant messaging and other applications) is in essence bounced around a giant network of Tor servers called “onion routers,” until it’s impossible for sites or people to be able to track your activities.

Setting up Tor is straightforward. Download a package that includes not just Tor, but other software you need to work in concert with it, such as Privoxy, a proxy program. All the software is self-configuring, so you won’t need to muck around with port settings or the like. Tor runs as a small icon in your system tray. To start Tor, right-click it, and choose Start from the menu that appears; to stop it, right-click, it and choose Stop.

Once it starts, simply use the Internet as you normally would. If you’re super-paranoid, you can regularly change your Tor “identity,” to make it even harder for anyone to track your travels. Right-click the Tor icon, and select “New Identity”; that’s all it takes.

Firefox users will want to download the Torbutton, which lets them turn Tor on and off from directly within Firefox.

I’ve found only one drawback to Tor; at times, I’ve noticed a slowdown in surfing when using it. But that comes and goes, and slowdowns aren’t that extreme. So if you’re worried about your privacy when you surf, it’s a great bet.

Web Sites That Let You Surf Anonymously for Free

A number of free web sites offer free anonymous surfing via proxy servers. The benefits of these sites are obvious: when you surf, you’re anonymous. But there are some drawbacks as well. Surfing tends to be slower, and in some cases very slow. And when you use these web sites, some sites you visit from them don’t display properly.

The sites all work pretty much the same. Head to them, and in a box, type the web site you want to visit. From that point on, you’ll be surfing anonymously; the site does the work of using an anonymous proxy server for you.

The Cloak is one such service. It lets you customize exactly how anonymous you want to be and what surfing technologies you want to leave on or off. It goes beyond providing anonymity and can also protect you in other ways, for example, by turning off Java and Javascript, or even blocking banner ads. You can configure all that yourself, before you even start to surf.

Once you do that, you type in the address you want to visit, and you’re off. As you browse in your browser’s address bar, you’ll notice an odd URL that contains The Cloak’s URL as well as the site you’re visiting. For example, if you visit CNN, you’ll see something like this:

Note that if you want to remain anonymous during your surfing session after you visit the first web site from The Cloak, you’ll have to only click links. If you type a URL directly into the address bar, The Cloak will no longer work.

The Cloak is free but has some limitations. You’ll surf more slowly than normally, and the slowdown may become noticeable. One reason is that the site also offers a for-pay service, and so it throttles down free users, while letting those who pay surf without a throttle. And the site may also limit the amount of time you surf anonymously as well, depending on whether many users are logged in simultaneously.

Use Your Browser with an Anonymous Proxy

If you don’t like the limitations imposed on you by sites like The Cloak, or would simply prefer to configure anonymous surfing yourself, you can easily set up your browser to use an anonymous proxy server that sits between you and the sites you visit.

To use an anonymous proxy server in concert with your browser, first find an anonymous proxy server. Hundreds of free, public proxy servers are available, but many frequently go offline or are very slow. Many sites compile lists of these proxy servers, including Public Proxy Servers and Atom InterSoft proxy server list. To find others, do a Google search.

I prefer the Atom InterSoft proxy server list because it provides more information about each server. It lists server uptime percentage and the last time the server was checked to see if it was online.

Find the server with the highest percentage of uptime. Write down the server’s IP address and the port it uses. For example, if you see 24.236.148.15:80, the IP address is 24.236.148.15, and the port number is 80.

In Internet Explorer, select Tools > ¨Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and click the LAN Settings button (see the picture below). Check the box next to “Use a proxy server for your LAN”. In the Address field, type in the IP address of the proxy server. In the Port field, type in its port number. Check the box next to “Bypass proxy server for local addresses”; you don’t need to remain anonymous on your local network (and if your local network is a private network, the proxy server won’t be able to connect to any of your internal web servers anyhow). Click OK and then OK again to close the dialog boxes. Now when you surf the Web, the proxy server will protect your privacy. Keep in mind that proxy servers can make surfing the Web slower, depending on the proxy you’re using.

In Firefox, select Tools > ¨Options¨ > Advanced, click the Network tab, and click the Settings button. Choose “Manual proxy configuration”, enter the proxy information (IP address and port number), and click OK and then OK again.

Problems with Anonymous Proxy Servers

If you set up your browser to use anonymous proxies, as I just outlined, you need to keep in mind that there’s one potential danger: theoretically, a hacker could set up a proxy server and then use it to capture information about the Web sites you visit. And if you type in usernames and passwords, he could steal those as well.

I haven’t heard of this actually happening in the real world, but you should be aware that it’s a possibility. Using software such as Tor or a free proxy server such as The Cloak won’t expose you to this danger; only the use of public proxy servers does.

How can you protect yourself against this? Before using a proxy server, do a Google search on its name and address, to see if there are any reports about hackers using it. And it’s also a good idea to only use a server that has been on the lists a long time because hackers are not likely to keep a server running a long time without being caught or shutting it down. The other option is to use the proxy only for casual surfing and not use a proxy when you connect to a service that requires a username and password.

An ode to Nokia

So it’s finally happened – the big Redmond giant buys out the Finnish phone maker. Without a doubt, this is one bit of technology news that is bound to resonate with even the most hardened luddite: techie or not, you’ve probably owned – and loved – a Nokia phone at some point in your life. There was a time, and you’ll remember this well, when Nokia designed some of the most beautiful phones that were so intuitively easy to use that you simply got hooked on. Many of us chose to upgrade within the Nokia stack of devices just because we were so accustomed to how everything looked and felt. Sadly, they lost the plot at around the time mobile Internet started becoming pervasive, at which point Apple and Google swooped down and changed the phone landscape to what we know today.

But thank you for the fond memories, Nokia. You will be missed.

Riding this wave of nostalgia, we asked some of the folks at GQ about their all-time favourite Nokia phones. Enjoy the ride back in time, and join in the conversation on our Facebook wall: tell us about the memories attached to your Nokia phones.

Aditya’s picks:
Nokia 5110i
My first cell phone; a blue-and-silver stylized version of the staid black 5110. Its USP – back in the year 2001 when each SMS cost Rs 3 – was predictive text input.

Nokia 3210
By far my most favourite model because of its practical, squared off design, big bold buttons and a large screen. The one I owned was the colour (and weight) of a brick.

Nokia 3530
My last Nokia, and the only colour-screen Nokia I ever owned. I miss its translucent blue body, how its chunky body felt in my palm, but most of all, I miss its whimsical keypad.

Varun’s picks:
Nokia 1100
2003. I was still in junior college at the time and mobile phones were still a novelty. I remember my friend owning one and me desperately coveting it. It was an irrational desire in hindsight. But at the time, I couldn't see a life beyond the device's monochrome graphic display, monophonic ringtones and the epic pre-loaded Snake II game.

Nokia 6600
There was something sexy about the fulsome device in the palm of my hand. The joystick on the phone — well that was just downright genius. A 65K colour display, videos and songs that could be shared over Bluetooth and a VGA camera. This device hit the market in India a few months after the 1100. Effectively, Nokia had jumped the evolutionary chain and leaped from an amoeba to a biped from the 21st century.

Meryl’s picks:
Nokia N95
The phone that kick started the smartphone generation, Nokia’s N95 was labelled the most feature heavy phone ever. I remember college seniors borrowing my phone so they could take photos with its (then unheard of) 5 megapixel camera, and how dumbfounded others were because of its two way sliding.

Nokia N8
This was probably the last real Nokia phone. The Lumia range’s predecessor boasted a 12MP Carl Zeiss camera with a Xenon flash – the only thing it had over the iPhone 4 – and the Ovi app store (which then became the Nokia store). By the time I had the dough, I picked up this phone along with a friend who chose to go with the iPhone 4S (yeah, a true Nokia fanboy I was).

Marco’s picks:
Nokia 3310
It was compact, beautifully designed, and bloody tough – a rare combination even by today’s standards. This phone saw me through some of the most interesting times in both my personal and professional life, which is why I have such fond memories attached to it. During the time, the killer app was SMS – mobile Internet was still a while away. And the phone nailed it.

Nokia 6100
In my opinion, this was the most beautiful phone that Nokia ever created. That electric blue body, the gently dimpled keypad, the stylized keys, and of course the ability to load apps and games, made this my all-time favourite Nokia. This one, like the 3310, was designed for a snug palm fit, and what especially did it for me were the killer polyphonic ringtones.

Smartphone rumours

Last year, which wasn’t so very long ago, we told you that Samsung is considering revealing the latest iteration of the Galaxy S line earlier than usual. It seems that’s still the case. A Korean news source revealed that the VP and Head of Design Strategy at Samsung told reporters that news about the phone’s announcement at this year’s Mobile World Congress was ‘about right’.

The Galaxy S5 still ranks as one of the most-anticipated phones for 2014, and the constant barrage of rumours support the hype. One interesting rumour is that Samsung, who usually use in-house parts for their phones, might be outsourcing the display for the S5 to Sharp. The rumoured 5.25-inch 2K display will have a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, or about 560ppi. This is a bold move for Samsung, but it seems to have sprung from necessity. Samsung’s own display manufacturing arm is reported to have issues with production and given the immense demand for the Galaxy S line, this decision seems justified.

Other specs include a refreshed 16-megapixel snapper with Samsung’s ISOCELL technology (which reportedly increases low-light performance), either a higher-clocked Snapdragon 800/Exynos 5 or the new 64-bit Exynos chip, and some waterproofing a la Sony’s Xperia Z. We’re also excited about the rumoured new UI, leaked by @evleaks, which looks quite promising. It has a more mature aesthetic than what the TouchUI and NatureUX have had: a Samsung phone that doesn’t look like a child’s toy? We’ll be first in line to check it out.

The other big name being tossed around for February’s MWC event is Sony, who are also due for an updated flagship. We don’t have a suffix for this Xperia yet, but we’re betting on another letter and maybe a number – the Z2 we reckon? Rumours indicate this phone, codenamed Sirius, will tout a 2K display (as will every other flagship released in 2014, barring Apple’s). Under the hood, it’s a different story. This show is rumoured to be powered by an updated Snapdragon processor, which should keep the show very snappy. Either way, the phone is reported to have 3GB RAM, a 20.7-megapixel shooter and a 3,500mAh battery to power it all.

10 tips for taking the perfect selfie

Go on; roll your eyes, some of you. Whether you like it or not, the humble selfie has slowly but steadily cemented its place in our cultural vocabulary. Now, no matter what you prefer – a post-workout-selfie, a whee-I’m-so-high-selfie or even an insert-your-fav-pose-here-selfie – there’s no excuse to muck up that photo. The next time you feel the urge to pull that smartphone out of your pants and rock yourself another selfie, do your followers a favour and follow these tips, will ya?

1. Get the angle right: Before embarking on the voyage of a thousand selfies, know thyself. Not the profound stuff, but which angles flatter your face the most. In general, try to shoot from above – a sure shot way to avoid the dreaded double chin while making your face look slimmer. Hold the camera far away from your face for the most flattering look, but watch out for that outstretched arm. You could try turning your head at a slight angle to the camera, usually ends up looking better than staring at the camera head-on. Tilt, turn, twist, but find that angle.

2. Let there be light: Nothing can take you from a right-royal Benedict Cumberbatch to a Been-an-addict Cumquat faster than bad lighting! Get that light source in front of you, preferably downward onto your face but never behind you. If you can help it, avoid lighting that’s too bright, which can cause you to look blown out and lose all the details in the picture. Evening and morning sunshine works best!

3. Turn the flash…off: Unless you’re in pitch dark conditions (in which case, a selfie shouldn’t be your first priority), avoid the camera flash. All it does is fire a hard burst of light at your face that’s unflattering even to the squarest of jaws. Not to mention that horrible red-eye.

4. Location, location, location: Where you shoot your selfie says a lot about who you are, so scope out the surroundings for what else your camera will be capturing besides yourself. Dirty room? Naked spouse? Avoid, avoid. Jennifer Lawrence photobombing your picture? Well that you cannot (and should not) avoid. Also, while that loo mirror is a great reflective surface, remember that it reflects without discrimination, so frame your image and watch out for, you know, stuff you wouldn’t want showing up. Oh, and if you really must shoot in the loo, remember to look up in the mirror and not at your phone.

5. Front or rear?: Your phone’s front camera is rather convenient to frame yourself in the shot, but it turns out mostly crappy images. A little bit of practice is all it takes to get used to shooting with the phone’s high-resolution rear-facing camera. What can help is one of many apps like Camera+ which will let you use the volume rocker as a shutter key to take photographs. Try getting used to the no-look selfie – you’ll almost certainly end up with a better higher-quality image.

6. Steady now: This one’s a toughie when you’ve had one too many, but in all other situations, a steady hand beats a shaky hand in taking good pictures 10 to 1. Take a deep breath, relax and hold that arm (and the pose) in place! If you’re aiming for pro-selfie status, pickup a pocket tripod than can hold your phone steady while you give your selfie your best!

7. Compose yourself: The rules that work for all good photographs apply to selfies too. The rule of thirds, for instance, suggests that if you divide your screen into a 3x3 grid, you should place yourself on any one of the grid intersection points, and not plonk yourself dead-center in the photo. Makes for more interesting photos – just ask any pro shutterbug you may know.

8. Invest in a half-decent app: Your default camera app on the phone/tablet isn’t as full-featured as apps like Camera+ and Camera ZOOM FX, which can not only add basic timer functionality to avoid phone camera shake, but also let you adjust tons of shooting settings that let you take selfies that are more keepers than losers. Of course, you can use these apps for your everyday shooting as well!

9. Filters are your friend: With even Instagram packing in a ton of filters, there’s simply no excuse for posting your selfies au naturel. Have a ton of wrinkles or bags under your eyes? Try the Willow filter in Instagram to magic away those selfie-killers.

10. Nip and Tuck: Sadly, filters can only do so much, so if you want that “perfect” selfie, a trip to the phone app store might be in order. Apps like Aviary and Facetune offer a whole host of tools to work with – from quick crops to teeth whitening, smoothing out wrinkles to removing red-eye. In the quest for Instagram fame and social network acceptance, why settle for any less?

Google Tips and Tricks Every Student Should Know

Whether you're a student in college (or earlier) or a lifelong learner, Google is an essential tool for learning. Here are a few tips for using Google search and other apps more effectively to further your education.
Many of these tips you've no doubt learned before from our previous Google coverage, but every worthwhile subject is worth reviewing now and again, and today we're looking specifically at the best Google tricks for students. So here we go!

Quickly Find Exactly the Information You Need

Everyone knows how to "Google," but not everyone Googles efficiently. This one-minute video from Hack College offers these three essential tips:
  1. Be Specific. Find pages within sites using site:[website URL] and your search phrase, find authors using author:[name], and type intitle:[word] to find a page with that word in the title.
  2. Format. Use filetype:[jpg or other extension] to find images and all sorts of files (such as docs and pdfs)
  3. Broaden Your Search. Use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard search operator to fill in the blanks. For example, "Why money is *"
Taking this further, you can als
Find exams to practice with and other reference materials. Taking the "site:" operator a little further, you can search only education sites by typing in site:edu. This comes in handy when search for exams you can use to practice with: "site:edu advanced chemistry exam." Combine this with the "filetype:pdf" or "filetype:doc" format for additional exams and documents. You can find a list of Google search operators on this Google help page and even more advanced operators here, but there are also non-official filetypes, such as "hlp for help files and js for Javascript files" you can search for (which we know thanks to the NSA, oddly enough).
History/politics students (or anyone interested in government) should also remember they can search site:gov.
Find more research. Use the "related:" operator to find similar sites to broaden your research. For example, "related:www.lifehacker.com" or "related:www.nsa.gov" to make sure you're covering all your bases in your research.
Limit search results. Let's say your professor doesn't want you to use certain sources. Use the minus sign (-) operator to exclude results from a certain site (e.g., "encryption -site:Wikipedia.org"). You can also do this to refine the results when a word can mean more than one thing (e.g., "jaguar -car").
Similarly, if there's only a range of dates, measurements, or other numbers you want to find, use two periods (..) to set that range, e.g., "manufacturing 1990..2001" or "laptops ..$1000" (leave out one of the numbers to set a minimum or maximum).
Combine modifiers together. There are all sorts of powerful things you can do when you combine these search tricks. For example: "site:nytimes.com high school "test scores" -SAT2010..2014"
Here are more research tricks in one handy infographic.

Use Google Search Shortcuts to Pull Up Quick Answers

Google Tips and Tricks Every Student Should Know
You shouldn't have to dig around or visit web pages for easy answers.
Get definitions. Use "define [word]" to quickly bring up a word's definition.
Make your browser do math. Also, start typing in your browser to do instant calculations and conversions (you don't even have to hit enter!)
Have Google fill in the blanks. Just start typing something in, and Google's autocomplete will likely give you the answer. For example "Martin Luther King Jr. was born on " will show you "January 15 1929" and "Thomas Edison invented " will list a few notable inventions. Google's Knowledge Graph might even show you quickly the answers you're looking for beneath your search. If autocomplete doesn't help, add the "*" wildcard to get more answers (e.g., "Obama voted * on the * bill" to give you stories on a bunch of different bills).
Check out 20 Google Search shortcuts that can come in handy, and if you're using Google Now, you have over 60 commands you can use to get quick information just by saying "Okay Google."

Organize and Cite Research with Google Drive

Google Tips and Tricks Every Student Should Know
Google Drive comes with a research tool that finds information for you while you work on your paper. It also conveniently grabs the citation and inserts it, already formatted, for you into your document. Handy!
To use it, go to Tools > Research in your document or presentation and enter your search term. You can also right-click on a word or phrase in your document to search it. Click on the Google icon to specifically search images, Google Scholar, quotes, and more.
In the research pane, hover over a link to preview the page, click on it to open in a new tab, or drag-and-drop selected text into your document. The "cite" button will grab the citation (in MLA, APA, or Chicago styles) and the "insert link" button will insert the source website into your document.

Search Google Books and Use Google Scholar

Google Tips and Tricks Every Student Should Know
In the olden days, we had to go to the library and look up books that possibly had information in them as resources for papers. Now, you can just do a Google book search (which includes magazines) for anything that's relevant, copy quotes, and pull all the information needed for your bibliography.
Head to books.google.com to start researching your topic or use Google's advanced book search for options like book language, author, publication dates, and more. In the search results, you can also click on "Search tools" to filter books by ones that are available with a preview, select books or magazines, and filter or sort by date.
Public domain books can be downloaded as PDF, and out of copyright or books with author/publisher permission are fully viewable. You can search within books too, and have your search phrase highlighted, as well as add books to your library for future reference.
Additionally, when you search on a title, Google's book overview page will list popular passages, a word cloud, bibliographic information, and other reference information.

Make your computer talk what you type !
